Task:To create SIM Card change option Client: Telus web app Why:To assist clients with their SIM Card change at the store Goal: Making SIM Card change process fast, intuitive and easy Complexities: competing ideas of integrating this function into self-serve app Research and analysis: Competitive analysis, card sorting, heuristic evaluation, qualitative analysis Impediments: Limited time to finish the project Solution ideation: Cross functional collaboration, wireframes and prototypes Result: Done on time as planned
Creation process of CasaTab component: As one of several UX designers on the CASA Design System team, I played a key role in developing modular, reusable components that balanced adaptability, accessibility, and performance. Working closely with my teammates, I focused on building scalable components based on atomic design principles, ensuring each could flexibly support a variety of contexts and devices. By aligning with CASA’s design tokens and accessibility standards, I helped foster a consistent visual language and elevated usability across the system.
DESIGN SYSTEM AND COMMON COMPONENTS

Client: Casa (Customer Management tool for Telus agents)
Why: Limited number of navigation common components
Goal: To expand the library of frequently used navigation elements and create robust Tab navigation component
Complexities: Multiple user scenarios and variants
Research and Analysis: Research of possible usage scenarios by interviews, surveys and heuristic evaluations Impediments: Limited pool of developers who understand the process
Solution ideation: Creating diagram of the CC creation process, exploring variant options
Result: Navigation Tab component with several variants to accommodate maximum user scenarios
